Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. About these terms

avnishyadav.com (the "site") is run by Avnish Yadav (CodeItronics) ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Content and copyright

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, tutorials, code samples, images, videos and products on the site belong to Avnish Yadav (CodeItronics).

You may:

  • read and share links to the content
  • use short code snippets from posts in your own projects, with a credit or link where practical

You may not:

  • copy, republish or sell the content, in whole or in large parts, without written permission
  • scrape the site, mirror it, or bulk-download its content with automated tools

3. Digital products

Paid products (templates, packs, guides) are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, handles tax and sends the receipt, and Gumroad's terms also apply to the purchase.

  • Licence: the buyer may use a product in their own personal and commercial projects. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files, as they are or repackaged, is not allowed.
  • All sales are final. Digital products are delivered instantly, so we do not offer refunds. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
  • Updates: updates within the version you bought (for example 1.x) are free.
  • All-access bundle: it includes the products listed on the day you buy it, with their updates within the same version. Products released later are sold separately.

Free products are sent by email after you request them. The download link works for 72 hours, and the same licence applies.

4. Services and calls

Consulting and project work is agreed separately in writing. Prices on the site are a guide, not an offer. Booking a call through Cal.com is free and does not create a contract.

5. AI chat demo

The chat on the home page gives automated answers generated by a third-party AI model (DeepSeek). Answers can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional advice and not a commitment from us. Do not enter personal or confidential information.

6. AI-assisted content

Some content on the site is written with the help of AI tools and reviewed before it is published. Check important information, such as code, prices and legal or security advice, before you rely on it.

7. Comments and messages

You are responsible for what you post or send. Comments are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove any comment, for example spam, abuse or off-topic content. By posting a comment you allow us to display it on the site, with your name, free of charge.

8. Newsletter

The newsletter is double opt-in: you only receive it after you confirm your address. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every issue. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Affiliate links and ads

The site shows Google ads, and some links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. See the Disclosure.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. For example, do not try to break or overload it, get around its rate limits, send spam through its forms or the chat demo, or access the admin area without permission.

11. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that tutorials and code will suit your situation. Use them at your own risk, and test before using anything in production.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Avnish Yadav (CodeItronics) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site, its content or its free resources. For paid products, our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection the laws of your own country give you.

16. Contact
